What is a Spiritual Life Coach?
As a Spiritual Life Coach I am here as a witness, a cheerleader, and a guide dog. In this role, I support you by listening deeply to your story and using my deep connection to Spirit to point out opportunities, messages, and patterns you may not be able to see on your own. In our time together, I will create a safe and gentle space where you can begin to see yourself more clearly. During our sessions together, you will be able to safely discover, verbalize, and embrace the beautiful, unique soul that you have always been.
I will work with you to help you reclaim your callings and gifts, celebrating every success you have already lived through, those that we will live through together, and those that you will continue to experience long after our paths diverge. I will be your witness and cheerleader as you experience and honor your deep knowing of self.
It is okay if you can’t see yourself clearly yet, or if somewhere in recent times you have seemed to lose hold of the image. During our work together, I will assist you with some of the excavation. Together we will find stories, messages, and bread crumbs. We will gather these pieces and place them together side-by-side to show us the beautiful image that is you. During our time together, my goal is to help you stand firmly and confidently in your own truth. From this space, we will find your unique path that provides you with a beautiful balance of service and joy as you continue on this lifelong journey of love, discovery, and wonder.
Why do I feel called as a Spiritual Life Coach?
Since my early twenties, I have been offering soul path readings- utilizing my connection to Love, or Source Energy, to bring others reassurance, insight, and guidance. While working with Spirit to serve others in this way, I was also doing my own inner work to better know and accept my own path. I worked to integrate my full story, my full soul, back into my body and day-to-day life. As I focused on that inner work, I watched as the soul readings I offered became more supportive, illuminating, and detailed.
As my readings shifted and expanded over many years, I continuously envisioned a time when I could do more for those who came to me then just relay messages from their guides, teachers, and Source. I dreamt of a time where I could help folks integrate those messages into their day-to-day lives, using them to build a strong foundation so that they could venture through life’s ups and downs with confidence, pride, and a commitment to self.
Through my own integration work and many adventures in my professional life, I have found tools and strategies to help folks move from simply receiving messages from Spirit to living those messages. I am excited to help others not only feel the love of the Universe and understand their own Divinity, but to feel it pulsate through their entire being and witness themselves as they become Love in motion.
I started my professional career wanting to shape, change, and empower communities to create places, spaces and networks that allowed all people to feel safe in their own bodies, to be brave enough to take creative risks, and to connect in ways that were both vulnerable and inspiring. After many years of working towards these ideals, I found that this vision is only possible if individual members of those communities feel safe, inspired, and daring within themselves first. I now understand that strong communities- full of insight, healing, and joy- are made up of people who carry these things within and then push them outward. I am grateful to enter this magical space as a Spiritual Life Coach to support others as they find themselves again, love themselves again, and trust themselves again. I know once they do they will then have the ability to share their gifts with gratitude and excitement, and that this is the first step to creating the collective shift and community building that I, and so many of us, have been searching for.
